ICS understands the core logistical requirements that apply to every processing facility in the market: pick-up specimens, samples, and secure documents from clients as late in the day as possible to maximize volume, and deliver these critical shipments in time for processing or testing. ICS picks up shipments from their origins in the mid to late afternoon and delivers to processing centers and testing facilities the same day or evening, overnight, or early the next day. Many of these deliveries have traveled hundreds of miles in just a few hours using the ICS proprietary air and ground network.

Our early morning flights depart our hub at Anoka County – Blaine Airport, north of Minneapolis, and arrive in Bismarck, Fargo and Minot, ND and Aberdeen, Pierre, Rapid City and Sioux Falls, SD as the business day is beginning. Major banks, pharmaceutical companies and testing facilities based in Minneapolis have depended on ICS to provide consistently reliable service since 2001.

ICS provides dedicated chain of custody throughout the pick up and delivery process. We are able to report to our customers the status of the shipments in real time.

For our small business clients, our existing multi-state network is a way for growing businesses to expand the service footprint of their existing facilities -- a risk-controlled means of developing new markets without incurring the capital expense of doing so.
