ICS supports a variety of mission-critical operations for health care service providers and testing facilities. We ship blood products, neonatal tests, lab specimens and samples of all types for scores of hospitals, clinics, and laboratories in the Northern Plains. ICS delivers reliable same day and next day service for Avera-McKennan Labs, Avera Pace Hospitals and Clinics, DQCI Services, LabCorp, Northern Plains Laboratories, United Blood Services, University Hygienic Laboratory, the North Dakota Department of Health, and the South Dakota State Medical Lab, among others. ICS has delivered tens of thousands of time-critical shipments since 2001. We are proud of our 98%+ on-time delivery record that spans nearly 10 years.

ICS is also the leading regional provider of lab logistics support services in the Northern Plains states for the very challenging transport of Schedule II radiopharmaceuticals. (PET and FDG). Our clients include both PetNet, (Siemens AG's Medical Division), and Cardinal Nuclear Pharmaceuticals. These diagnostic and therapeutic drugs have half-lives of less than two hours, and must be flown hundreds of miles within that narrow time window to rural hospitals and mobile imaging trucks if they are to arrive before the doses expire. We know that doctors, nurses, technicians, and most importantly, patients rely on the ability of the ICS Network to deliver consistent service --- on time, every time.
