Integrated Commercial Solutions, Incorporated (ICS) was established in 2001 to provide expedited transportation services, logistics consulting and logistics product development in the Northern Plains states for banks, payment processors, pharmaceutical and laboratory testing services along with other industries dependent on expedited logistics to serve their critical processing and shipping requirements.

ICS directly manages and coordinates the schedule and operations of all flights and ground routes within our network. • ICS Flight Operations log over 10,000 daily miles with over 30 landings per day. The ICS Ground Network serves more than 700 locations in 270 cities and covers more than 14,000 ground miles per day.

• ICS employs or contracts more than 150 managers, pilots and owner operators to serve Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

• ICS and its corporate partners have offices and management in Duluth, MN; Aberdeen, Pierre, Rapid City and Sioux Falls, SD; Bismarck and Fargo, ND; and Eau Claire, WI.


• ICS manages its accounts, routing and reporting with network based information technology that includes real time flight tracking and weather information.
